The National Western Stock Show – WPRA Barrel Racing Qualifier will be held on Thursday, December 28th – Friday, December 29th, 2023 in Denver , Colorado. This Denver rodeo is held at Denver Events Center.

Ground Rules: Qualifying rodeo for National Western Stock Show & Rodeo in Denver, CO on 1/11-21. Limited to 210. Qualifications: 210 will be selected from 2023 Pro Rodeo World standings. If there are not enough contestants entered within the 2023 Pro Rodeo World standings to fill the open positions, a random draw will be used to fill the remaining open positions. Card holders will have priority over permits. Two go-rounds, with first round held on December 28th at 8:00am and 2nd round held on December 29th at 8:00am. Entry Fee: $291 ($260 + 21 Procom + $10 Grounds Fee). All 80 contestants that qualify for the Denver National Western Rodeo will have a grace period to change preferences and/or buddy groups on TBA between 8:30am and 12pm(noon). The 40 qualifying contestants will automatically be entered to compete at the National Western Stock Show & Rodeo. If qualifying contestant is unable to attend the National Western Stock Show & Rodeo after qualifying, contestant must turn out or release through Procom. The "30 hour replacement" policy will be in effect. Tractor drag after 7. All notified turn outs and Releases from each performance will be taken out of the draw after the turn out deadline. Positions will move up and be posted at the rodeo office before the rodeo begins. I.E. If you are number 9 and there are 2 releases prior to you, you will be draw number 7. Committee will drag at 7 or fewer. **any notified turnouts who do reverse their turnout will run at the end of their performance with no additional dragging for them. The condensed drag order after 7 that is set in the first round will be used in the flipped second round. For example, if you are 1st on the drag in the 1st round, you will be last on the drag in the 2nd round.
