How do I add my rodeo to Rodeos USA?

Easy, fill out the Rodeo Submission Form! Once submitted it’ll be e-mailed to Rodeos USA and added to our listings, usually within 1 week.

How do I make a correction to an existing rodeo?

All you have to do is fill out the Edit Rodeo Form. Be sure to fill out the information you need corrected (and the required information). Once completed an e-mail will be sent to Rodeos USA. Rodeos USA staff will update the calendar, usually within 1 week.

Why do you require so much to add a rodeo?

It benefits everyone! The more information a promoter provides for their rodeo the more likely people are to attend it. Also contestants tend to use our site as well in order to find rodeos to participate in.

Why does it take 1 week to add/update a rodeo?

When an event is submitted to our site we spend time validating the information to make sure everything is correct before it is published. Often we get updates completed in just a few days, with that being said, special cases including weekends, holidays, traveling to rodeos, etc… Rodeos USA may take a little longer to update.

Why do you require my name and e-mail to contact you?

A couple of reasons actually. The Rodeos USA validates the corrections and updates submitted for a rodeo. Most-of-all, we just want to help you the best we can. The best way to do that is to get to know our users.

Why should I have to “Confirm All Rodeos”?

The Rodeos USA is updated daily and strives to be the more accurate/up-to-date rodeo listing you will ever use. However, there are times when a rodeo has been cancelled, rescheduled or moved to another location with out notification being sent to Rodeos USA.

Why isn’t the admission price listed for the rodeo?

The Rodeos USA wants to list as much information as possible. The more information we have, the better informed rodeo enthusiasts are. Unfortunately not all rodeo promoters wish to advertise their admission price.

How do I become a contestant at your show?

The Rodeos USA actually doesn’t host any rodeos. We simply list the information for rodeo attendees to find. All contact information is provided on each rodeo. A rodeo will not be listed if there is no contact information for the promoter.

What does “Unscheduled Rodeo” mean?

It simply means that the rodeo was once listed on Rodeos USA. Either the show has not been scheduled or the show has been indefinitely cancelled. These still appear on Rodeos USA to help promoters easily update their shows. They are also useful to vendors and attendees to find previous shows they have attended.

Do you keep a “Past” Rodeo Archive?

The simple answer is: “No.” Rodeos USA is a large website spanning thousands of pages. That is can a huge strain on the server. To help combat this, each time a rodeo is “updated” it automatically deletes old dates for shows. So it is possible to see “past dates” for rodeos. However we do not keep an archive of them.
