"Performance Draw Back Money"
If in the Timed Events does not fill to min of 6 from 1st or 2nd preferences and contestants have to be drawn back in order for slack to be taken, all contestants in either slack will pay $10 fee. That fee will be paid out 10% in the perforance that has to be filled as ground money
If no contestant have to draw back there will be no fee and no day money
Extra animal will be used if an animal escapes or can not be competed on
Only 1 companion pass per contestant
