Ground Rules: Trade Deadline: May 12 5:00pm MT. Tractor drag after 5 (Condensed). All notified turn outs and Releases from each performance and slack will be taken out of the draw after the out deadline. Positions will move up and be posted at the rodeo office before the rodeo begins. I.E. If you are number 9 and there are 2 releases prior to you, you will be draw number 7. Committee will drag at 5 or fewer. **any notified turnouts who do reverse their turnout will run at the end of their performance/slack with no additional dragging for them. Anyone in arena must be in dress code (long sleeve shirt, hat and boots in accordance with PRCA/WPRA Rules). Contestants using the contestant parking lot area are required to clean up their campsite and remove their trash or place it in the appropriate containers provided. All event winners receive Payson Rodeo Committee Spurs. Hospitality tent is available for all contestants. Host hotel: Quality Inn 928-474-3241. To enhance Public Safety for all Contestants and Spectators: All Contestants must enter and exit from McLane Road, Rodeo Grounds Gate. To access the gate from State Hwy 87, turn west (left if coming from Phoenix, right if coming from Interstate 40) on Aero Drive (at the Giant Gas Station), drive to end and then turn South (left) on McLane Road, follow McLane Road directly to the Rodeo Ground ’s Gate.
