The Tri State Fair PRCA Rodeo will be held on Thursday, September 21st – Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 in Amarillo, Texas. This Amarillo rodeo is held at Amarillo National Center and hosted by Smith Pro Rodeos,Tri-State Expo.

Ground Rules: Trade Deadline: September 13 5:00pm MT. Co-Approved with Turquoise, Mountain States, and Prairie Circuits. Tractor drag after 5 (Condensed). All notified turn outs and Releases from each performance and slack will be taken out of the draw after the turn out deadline. Positions will move up and be posted at the rodeo office before the rodeo begins. I.E. If you are number 9 and there are 2 releases prior to you, you will be draw number 7. Committee will drag at 6 or fewer. **any notified turnouts who do reverse their turnout will run at the end of their performance/slack with no additional dragging for them. Negative 12 month coggins test required for admittance to fairgrounds. No Horses in portable stalls/panels for any reason. No horses tied to trailers overnight. No outside shavings allowed on fairgrounds. All contestants trailers must be parked in specified rodeo parking area. All contestants should enter fairgrounds at Gate #3 located on the north side of the fairgrounds which is 1 block west of 3rd and Grand intersection.
