Call Backs at 7:15pm - ALL ENTRIES WILL BE PAID AT THE RACE IN THE
DROP BOX. Cash will need be for the exact amount in an envelope with your
name on it.

*15 minutes of open arena if time allows.
*Late Entries accepted up until 1 hour of race time. Entry forms will be at the
drop box and must be completed along with a $25 late fee, per day, per contestant. LATE ENTRIES WILL RUN LAST.
*Pens are first come, first serve, limited amount. Self penning, or tying allowed.
*New Race Procedures: All entries done by email will receive a confirmation email with a total by WEDNESDAY evening. All entry fees will be placed in the drop box prior to race. Phone entries will receive their total due when they are taken. No refunds (other than vet or medical, which require a vet slip/medical slip). Time onlys can be reserved at time of entry and paid at drop box. The office will be closed to anyone other than office help. Payoffs will be distributed at designated times during the race and placed in the drop box for pick up.
