The National Western Stock Show and Rodeo will be held on Thursday, January 11th – Sunday, January 21st, 2024 in Denver, Colorado. This Denver rodeo is held at Denver Coliseum and hosted by Cervi Championship Rodeo.
World champion bulls and broncs, cowboys and cowgirls roll into Denver for the first major pro rodeo competition of the season. From barrel racing to bronc riding - steer wrestling and mutton bustin', you do not want to miss a minute of the match-up between these two and four-legged athletes.

Ground Rules: Trade Deadline: January 4 4:00pm MT. Limited to 80. Qualifications: 28 contestants from the 2023 Pro Rodeo World standings, 5 from the 2024 Pro Rodeo World standings based on winnings 7 days prior entries closing, 2 from the 2023 WPRA Tour, 5 from the 2023 Pro Rodeo Mountain States Circuit Finals year-end standings, 40 from the NWSS Qualifier held on December 28-29. The "30 hour replacement" policy will be in effect. All qualifying contestants will have a grace period to change preferences and/or buddy groups on January 2 between 8:30am and 12pm(noon) MT. No draw outs will be accepted during this grace period. WPRA PAYOFF: After the 6% is retained for the WPRA, 45% of the remaining amount will be allotted for the first two go rounds (22.5% for each go-round) and each go-round will play 8 places. 30% will be allotted to the semi-finals (10% for each of the three semi-finals performances) and will each pay 4 places. 25% will be allotted to the finals which will pay 8 places. There will be no average payoff. If there are less qualified times in the semi-finals than there are places to be paid, the remaining places will be paid to the contestants with no time in the semifinals based on ranking in the average from the brackets. If there are less qualified times in the finals than there are places to be paid , the remaining places will be paid to contestants with no time in the finals based on highest score in the semi-finals. All money paid out for the semi-finals and the finals will count towards WPRA Standings. WPRA ENTRY FEE: $351 ($330 entry fee + $21 Procom Charge).
