Online Entries Open Feb 6, 2023 - Close March 12, 2023. No Mail In Entries
Entries will close when first horse runs in each class.
Young Guns times will rollover (daily) to Open 5D, if they choose to enter the Open.
Young Guns contestants can also enter the Youth Side-pot & High Stakes Side-pot (Sat) if entering the Open. Their time will roll from the Young Guns to the Youth Side-pot daily & High Stakes Sidepot on Sat, if entered.
No Entries taken by phone, email, Facebook messages or text you must enter on site once pre entries have closed.
Training Barrels / Exhibitions: Thursday 4 pm - 8 pm and Friday 9 am - 12 pm
Training Poles / Exhibitions: Friday 12:15 pm - 1:30 pm
Pre Entry Information
You may request groups of 50 for the draw
Requests will be filled in the order they are received
If you need to run your horse at the end, please include a late draw note with your entry
If you want to be stalled or parked together in RV spots, please send your entries in together. If they are not together, we will not guarantee that we can fill your requests.

Pre Entry Draws will be posted on or before Wednesday March 15, 2023.
Dress Code:
Western Long Sleeve Shirt with collar & cuff, Cowboy Hat or Helmet (no ballcaps) & Boots. Dress Code will be waived if you wear a 10 Year Anniversary Battle in the Saddle T Shirt. No previous year BITS shirts allowed for this show.
Battle in the Saddle Shirts will be available to purchase at the show. Limited number available, first come first serve.
